About Us
Problem
Across Fairfield County and much of Connecticut, adults with mental disabilities face serious challenges in finding safe, supportive housing. Many are placed in unstable environments or end up without consistent care, which increases their risk of isolation, hospitalization, and declining mental health.
Cause
Affordable, long-term housing with supportive services is hard to find. Families face long waiting lists and few community-based options, while smaller programs lack the funding needed to provide person-centered care and stability.

Our mission is to provide safe, community-based housing and supportive services for adults in need of stability and understanding. We are dedicated to creating a home environment that fosters dignity, independence, and belonging—helping each resident build daily living skills, connect with resources, and thrive at their own pace.
Our Services
At Thrive Homes INC., our goal is to help each resident build confidence, independence, and community connection in a supportive home environment. Once open Thrive Homes will offer :
Residential Services
24/7 on-site staff to ensure safety, comfort, and guidance at all times.
Life Skills & Independence
Residents receive hands-on coaching in daily living, budgeting, and self-care to build lasting independence.
Counseling & Emotional Support
We offer on-site emotional support and connect residents with licensed professionals for therapy and counseling as needed.
Employment & Community Connection
We assist residents with job readiness, volunteer opportunities, and community engagement to foster purpose and stability.
